I am so excited to work for a truly wonderful company with people who have amazing hearts. They have been so supportive and understanding in the midst of Henry's diagnosis, early arrival and in the days that have followed.

Every December, Baby Loves Disco has "Dance for a Cause" events, and this year they have decided to partner with the National Down Syndrome Society (in honor of Henry)!! A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the NDSS, and in addition they will be holding raffles and giving 100% of those proceeds to the NDSS! There will be three events (Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Manhattan). BLD is an afternoon dance party for kids and their parents -- my own kids LOVE it and I do too (hey, I'm not just biased, I loved it before I ever worked for them!).

I know there are several parents of kids with DS who visit this blog from time to time, and I just wanted to spread the word (and ask you to spread the word too!) about these events. I would love to raise a lot of money for the NDSS in Henry's name!
